Job Summary:

Softball Coach is needed for the spring season. 

Job Start-End Date:

The spring season officially begins March 15 and ends June 12, 2027. We would like the coach, once hired, to be able to start immediately with planning and other activities associated with the team.

Responsibilities

The Softball Coach must have the ability to teach skills and make connections with players, families and the entire DSHA community. In addition, it is expected that the Softball Coach will have a strong sense of how to maximize the teams’ talent and move the program to the next level.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Position requires a high school diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The qualified candidate should have previous softball experience (coaching and/or competing). The candidate must also have a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work respectfully with students, parents, administrators, and faculty.
